Go Green Generation
The purpose of Go Green Generation is to improve the Hawaii community by collecting donations and organizing events that generate revenue to be donated to various local charities. Our founding members have passions for solving local social issues. The organization was founded with a plan to organize a concert that would generate revenue from ticket and t-shirt sales; all profits would then be donated to the Hawaii Food Bank. The event will also encourage sponsors to donate directly to the Hawaii Food Bank. After the concert finishes, we hope to continue the organization and to continue to find new social issues and new ways of solving those issues.
The initial concert was to be called "Legacy Showcase" under the Go Green Generation organization with the assistance of The Legacy Movement. These two names came from Dylan Mollway, whose ambitious intentions led him to start an organization of community service for the oncoming generations. The Legacy Movement has given extensive amounts of time and effort toward helping Go Green Generation succeed from designing all of our promotional logos as well each of the ticket designs used for the showcase performance. Brian Chung and Dylan Chun have taken much action to see our first event succeed in every way.
Go Green Generation is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving the community during tough economic conditions. We can all make an effort to support people in our lives. Everyone can help. Anyone truly can make a difference. All it takes is a gesture. Regardless of who we are, we are all obligated to help save the lives of others. Please support Go Green Generation at the Legacy Showcase concert to benefit the Hawaii Food Bank.
